People call today Good Friday, but to me it’s more like Bittersweet Friday. Bitter because the suffering and punishment Jesus endured on our behalf is heart-wrenching; sweet because it’s a powerful testimony of God’s great love for mankind. What a God! What a Savior! May we behold the cross and worship in gratitude this day and always.
